Everything is freshly prepared and made in-house, which ensures that the mian jian kueh is of the freshest quality. They even have a customised machine to grind and roast their own peanuts!

Each mian jian kueh has a pillowy and moist pancake exterior which is further enhanced by a crisp outer crust. Each slice comes evenly stuffed with a generous amount of fragrant peanuts and sugar that give the pancake a satisfying crunch.
