Leng Kee Fish Soup sells a number of fish dishes here which include Fish Head Soup, Fish Porridge and Sliced Fish Bee Hoon. We decided to have a go at their Signature Fish Soup and for just S$5, you get a bowl that’s brimming with a generous amount of fish slices and vegetables.

Featuring a mildly sweet soup that is full-bodied in flavour, the highlight of our dish is undoubtedly the fresh fish slices which were thick, firm and aptly tender. The fish falls apart in your mouth almost immediately which is a testament to how incredibly tender they are!

We recommend pairing this with a bowl of rice, but the soup and fish alone are so good that you can just have it on its own.
