We love a good bargain as much as the next person and when it comes to cosmetics, we always pray for good deals because let’s admit it – makeup can be pretty pricey, especially for higher end brands such as Tom Ford, La Prairie and more.
But all’s not lost because there is such a thing as affordable makeup. We can often find these online or at pharmacies; thank God they are easily accessible! Here are Top 10 Affordable Holy Grail Makeup Items That You Can Find in Singapore.
