Holland Village XO Fish Head Bee Hun – The Famous XO Fish Head Soup

Previously located at Holland Drive, Holland Village XO Fish Head Bee Hun has since relocated to Dover Coffee Hub and it is one hidden gem in Dover that you have to try at least once in your life.

Holland Village XO Fish Head Bee Hun is most famous for their XO Fish Head Bee Hoon. We have heard so many great things about this dish that we had to make a visit down to try it for ourselves.

The price of the XO Fish Head Bee Hoon goes by the portion. One person’s portion costs SS$7 (and S$6 without the XO) and it will come up to between S$25 to S$30 for 5 pax and above.

Served in a large bowl, we were impressed by the generous portions of deep-fried fish head and bee hoon; one portion was enough to satisfy two! But what took the cake for us was the rich, creamy broth. It was every bit as nourishing as we expected it to be and the dash of XO really made a difference.

We also had a taste of the Har Cheong Gai (S$9) and San Lao Hor Fun (S$6). The Har Cheong Gai had that unmistakable crunchy skin that revealed tender and succulent chicken meat whilst the San Lao Hor Fun was just as tasty and carried that distinct wok-hei flavour.

There are also other popular zi char dishes such as the Pork Rib Deluxe, Butter Prawn and even the Chilli Crab.
