B52 Cafe – Cosy Eatery In Coronation Plaza With Cheap Eats
For those who are schooling along the Bukit Timah stretch, Coronation Plaza would probably be one of the most frequently visited after-school hangouts for you and your friends.
Tucked away in the corner of Level 3 of Coronation Plaza is one of the shopping mall’s best-kept secrets–B52 Café, a cosy family eatery with honest Asian and Western eats. Unsurprisingly, B52 Café is often teeming with plenty of patrons, both students and families alike.
B52 Café offers an impressive selection of Asian and Western options. How could we say no to Japanese Omu Rice (S$7.50)?
The Omu Rice (S$7.50) consists of a thin layer of egg enshrouding piping hot fried rice. The dish also comes with a small salad on the side. Dig into the Omu Rice that is covered with a generous layer of creamy tomato sauce and mayonnaise. It will be so shiok!
For a cleaner but no less hearty eat, order the value-formoney Seafood Bee Hoon Soup (S$5).
It is also worth noting that our meal was served to us within 10 minutes from ordering which is great for those who are visiting with a hungry stomach.
Alternatively, you can order the Ultimate Japanese Omu Rice + Beef/Chicken (S$10), Spaghetti Aglio Olio (S$6.50) or Penang Kway Teow (S$5.50). Appetisers such as the Truffle Fries (S$5.50) and Buffalo Wings (S$7.50) are available for your picking.
For a satisfied tummy and happy wallet, a trip to B52 Café will be worth your time.
